We offer dance training in a variety of styles for ages 3-adult, martial arts for ages 6-13. Private instruction is available in Pilates, dance ( all styles including ballroom ), martial arts, baton, gymnastics and theater. Dietary, massage and functional integration therapists are also available by appointment. Pilates, Dance and More is also the Virginia base for the Pilates Certification Center.
