He renovated a three story brownstone he found in Old Town Alexandria, VA, just a couple of doors off King Street. With a vision of "Comfort Food with a Southern Accent," all that was lacking was a name. He said "I've found the perfect building in Old Town but I've got the Blues because it's not on King Street."
