Each shoe in this store is a quality running shoe, but we make sure you walk out with the right shoe - possibly insert as well - by evaluating your walk and run. Don't be intimidated if you are coming here for the first time! We know running and we are here to help. All our staff run for recreation to competition or ultra distance. The team leader, Mark Stickley, trains all the staff to analyze your gate and fit you for a comfortable shoe ideal for your stride. You may even walk out with tips for injury prevention and treatment, strength training, or nutrition.
