   MoreDr. Kyle Fredrick Fort was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry and pre-med from Depauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He was a member of phi beta kappa and a starter and co-captain of the varsity basketball team. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and his internship at Medical College of Ohio where he also completed his residency in adult and pediatric urology. Dr. Fort is a member of the following medical associations and societies: American Medical Association, American Urological Association, American Urological Association, Mid-Atlantic Section, West Virginia State Medical Association and the Greenbrier Valley Medical Society.
