My specialty is working with families who are going through separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, children's and parent's needs and how to support two homes. As a mediator I do not make judgments about who is right and instead I am a trained neutral with skills to help people look at options resulting in mutually acceptable agreements. The parties maintain control of the decisions made. Mediations take place in my 1910 farmhouse in Niwot, a comfortable and quiet setting to work towards resolution. Fees are reasonable at $125/hour and scheduling is flexible. I am also an experienced paralegal. l served as co-chair of the Boulder County Bar Association ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Section and was a licensed Realtor for 7 years in the mid-2000's.
