From free weights, to cardio, to machines, to functional training...we have it all at the highest quality. We offer an array of options including group classes (yoga studio, indoor cycling studio, and functional fitness arena), personal training, amenities, and a wellness center. A month to month membership to the club includes full access to the entire facility, all classes, and amenities such as towel service, parking, infrared sauna, showers, and lockers, and monthly use of our cold/hot plunge, red light therapy, compression therapy, and more wellness offerings. We are not in the fitness business serving people...we are in the people business serving fitness. We meet people on a high level where they are treated positively, where we go out of our way to make them feel special, where we approach them with respect, intelligence, strength, humor, and energy... the experience stands out.
