For our kids: We teach Martial Arts for All Ages 4 and up. We use positive reinforcement, to correct the children. The Goal is to get every child ready to be a Leader in the community when they grow up, by showing Respect, Self-Discipline, Integrity, and willingness to learn and always stay humble. At this studio we don't teach kids how to fight we teach them How to defend themselves when being physically attacked, But most importantly kids learn how to stand-up and be self-confident. For Our Adults: Maybe you just want to do something amazing, fun, and exciting for yourself because you are worth it. Our Stowe Martial Arts school can certainly help you with all of those things. At first glance, most people think Martial Arts is a way to get fit and learn self-defense...which is true...but...Martial arts is so much more than just kicks and punches!
