We offer in store FREE Same Day Evaluations, what this means is: you bring in your system - we look at it right then and talk to you about your issues with the system and provide a repair estimate that you agree on - then the repair begins. We do not perform work that you do not agree to - so no surprises. In some cases we may come across another issue that you may not have noticed, we stop, call you and discuss repair options and price (if there is a difference from what we originally quoted you) and to get your OK. If it is too expensive a repair for that particular system, we can advise you so you, yourself, can make the decision whether to repair or replace the system. We work with you every step of the way. No Surprises in cost! On-site service for our home based customer is bill at $85/hour with a minimum of one hour, we do not charge a travel fee. (Service area is limited to Sussex County) Pick-up and Delivery, (for our valued customers that can not bring the system to us) we office pickup and delivery for those customers that need extensive repairs that may take more than a couple of hours to a couple days to repair. What this means is that your system has more damage that can be fixed in a couple of hours, it may be more cost effective to have the system picked up by one of our qualified technician and once repaired - brought back and reconnected for you at a charge of $39.99, plus the cost of repairs to fix the system.
