We are an Anusara® yoga studio. Anusara Yoga is a school of hatha yoga that uniquely blends the spirit of your heart with precise alignment principles through practices of asana, pranayama and meditation. Anusara offers a vision that is inclusive of all religious affiliations and requires only a willing heart.
