It is a public magnet high school that offers advanced placement courses in literature and language composition, calculus AB and BC, chemistry, French, German, European and American history, Spanish, physics, art, Latin and biology. It offers International Baccalaureate classes and is approved by the Department of Education. The students in grades 10 through 12 participate in more than 350 community sites where they work as participants in the co-curricular internship program.
