   MoreTrinity Church was established as a mission parish of the Diocese of Mid-America of the Reformed Episcopal Church in November 2000. The Trinity parish began as a nondenominational church in 1990 and soon recognized the need to work within a larger association of churches. The congregation began an extensive search for a place to affiliate. As the process progressed, the church grew in its appreciation for liturgy, the sacraments, and the historic church and early Church Fathers. This led them to the Reformed Episcopal Church ( REC ) because of its strong emphasis in these areas, as well as the REC's parish church structure and episcopal form of government. The Reverend Peter Manto is the Rector of Trinity Church. Reverend Manto has been a pastor over 30 years. He was the church-planter for the nondenominational church which became Trinity Church and guided its move into the REC.
