We are a family friendly building. This is a great place for families for Spring Break. If you are looking to party, we hope you have fun, but you probably need to stay some where else. San Andres Condominiums is a quaint condominium complex with 6 identical condominiums. We offer short term rentals year around and monthly rentals from September-May. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of life and truly get away and relax. Our condominiums are located directly across the street from the beach. All 6 luxury condos are 2 bedroom/2 bath and are 1100 sq ft. Each condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Our large swimming pool with a spa and seating in the pool is very unique for the island. The pool is heated in the winter. Our pool house has an outdoor kitchen with a commercial gas grill and a charcoal grill. It also has a full restroom and outdoor showers. We are located directly across the street from the beach, but we no longer have a beach view from any of our condos. There is a beach access less than 200 ft. from our building, so you can still get to the water in just a few minutes!
