Inspired by a fabled name, this winery features a living roof, a functioning cave and tasting room. Their rich vineyard is full of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. Currently they have two labels, Adaptation and Odette Estate. Taste their elegant wines in their tasting room, however an appointment is needed if you are visiting only the tasting room. But a tour of the estate is not only enriching as you get to see their grape plantation, their wine lab which is set in salvaged shipping containers along with the tasting room.
