The theatre is out dated, has broken seats and missing ceiling panels. Last year they raised ticket prices by 50 cents but didn't improve the theater with the funds. More
Nice place to go and Ottumwa is lucky to have it. Were can you go and see a first run movie on Tuesday for 5 bucks. More
