Bill Rusch began shooting competition at age 12 and took his first deer with a bow at age 12 in 1966. Since then, his expertise at the sport is matched only by his impressive resume of accomplishments and affiliations reflecting his dedication and commitment to bowhunting and to his customers. Director of the Wisconsin Bowhunters Association for 18 years (1989-2006) and a member since 1979, Rusch has been a part of the PSE (Precision Shooting Equipment) shooting staff for over 20 years. He also holds memberships in the Antigo Bow Club (47 years), Rib Mountain Bowmen, Wisconsin Traditional Archers, and Christian Bowhunters of America. In addition to those memberships he is also affiliated with the Shawano and Birnamwood bow clubs. Rusch turned his love of the sport into a business when he purchased Bob Smith?s Archery Shop in 1978 and established BowHunters Unlimited Archery Pro Shop a decade ago.
