These geological wonders are now the major highlight of this park, for this is a very unique feature in eastern United States. Hiking trails loop around many of these bluffs with steps leading up to the summit, offering breathtaking views of the verdant sea of trees. After all the rigorous hiking and sightseeing, cool off at the local park pond with a swim and set up camp at the many primitive camp sites available throughout the park. However, while admiring the bluffs, it is important to remember that they are of a pretty sensitive constitution, so climbing them is strictly prohibited.  Less
