   MoreShelter to Home is an all volunteer, foster home based animal rescue out of the Southeastern Michigan area which rescues animals from local city and county animal control shelters. Come visit us on Saturdays from 12-5pm at our Pet Adoption Center at 266 Oak St. in Wyandotte! We are very proud of our refurbished Victorian and would love to show you around. As for the animals, we adopt out mostly cats (they are in the greatest need at shelters), but some dogs, too. Our pets can be found at our website: www.sheltertohome.com. We always spay/neuter all animals before adoption, along with giving age appropriate vaccines, deworming, disease testing, and flea treatment. We work closely with local animal control workers who count on us to help them save lives, so we aren't able to take in animals from the public (no stray animals, wildlife, or owner surrenders).
