Our volunteer coaches are experienced and self-driven to teach children, teens, and adults how to swim. We offer three levels of swim programs for beginner (Get Ready Get Wet), intermediate (Learn to Swim), and experienced (Competitive & Stroke Enhancement) swimmers from ages 3-years to adult. Swim Lessons/Programs for kids, teens, and adults run year-round at our four locations in Brooklyn, Far Rockaway, and Queens. Swim Strong offers programs at Variety Boys and Girls Club in the long island city, Medgar Evers in Brooklyn NY, Bushwick High School in Brooklyn NY, and Jamaica High School in Queens NY.
