The model of craniosacral therapy is based in deep listening to the whole person we work with. We all need different types and levels of support at different times in our development. I'm grateful to have the tools to support infant and their families to adults further along the path of life :) Sessions are designed to allow enough time for clients to share the issues with which they wish to work and still have space to deeply relax, reconnect with themselves and their bodies.Each session provides a supportive environment to allow for optimal healing and restoration of balance to the systems that work so hard to maintain us through our day to day lives. I also have the pleasure of offering Tummy Time classes for pre-crawling babies and their caregivers. We join together in class to learn how to support babies in their discovery of spending time on their tummies! I offer lots of techniques to help parents understand the developmental importance of tummy time, as well as introducing lots of easy ways to keep baby comfortable during this exploration. Less
