On offer is simply-made Vietnamese food that makes use of time-tested, authentic recipes and fresh, local ingredients. As it happens, they don't believe in pretenses - the food is plated quite simply, like any honestly-cooked, home meal; but they let their offerings do all the talking. Dishes such as bahn mi, spicy pho udon, pho nam vang and grilled lemongrass pork shoulder, to name a few, taste truly amazing. Given its central location and taste of the food available, it's almost a surprise to see prices that are so delightfully low.
