Wing Chun's strength is in being simple, direct and efficient; actions always involve disturbing balance, taking position and chasing center of mass. At LeBlanc Wing Chun we offer practical training methods for self-protection, in a safe and friendly environment. Wing Chun training is about developing under pressure: precision, balance, speed and structural power; its methods are purposefully practiced in a way that maximizes safety.
