We have many existing customers who have been having regularly scheduled cleanings, for more than 10 years. During the initial 'walk-through' process, before any cleaning begins, we'll go room-by-room with you to understand what your individual cleaning needs are. We'll ask your preference, in such matters as: should we move a sofa out and vacuum under it? Or should we just vacuum around it? How often should be move it out? Every cleaning? Every month? Every six months? Many new clients have been amazed at the level of detail we ask about, but it's all part of providing a cleaning service that best meets your needs. We use two-person cleaning teams (who bring all of their own cleaning supplies), and each has worked with us for many years.
