Our volunteer coaches are experienced and self-driven to teach children, teens, and adults how to swim. We offer three levels of swim programs for beginner (Get Ready Get Wet), intermediate (Learn to Swim), and experienced (Competitive & Stroke Enhancement) swimmers from ages 3-years to adult. Swim Lessons/Programs for kids, teens, and adults run year-round at our four locations in Brooklyn, Far Rockaway, and Queens. Swim Strong offers programs at Flushing Meadows Aquatic Center in Flushing NY, Brooklyn Sports Club in Brooklyn NY, James Madison High School in Brooklyn NY, and Far Rockaway High School in Far Rockaway NY.
