After watching them interact with … moreWhen you meet with Rob and Melanie the first time, it does not take long to realize that they are peace loving and thoughtful people that are naturally full of positive energy. After watching them interact with Nina, our skittish and scared Visla, it became obvious that those qualities play a key role in their way of forming a bond with her immediately. Every time we are away for several weeks, she is fine and not anxious like normal. I am truly grateful
