Thank you for your patience. Our email is contactamericanclock at gmail. We make house calls for grandfather clocks in the morning and in the evening during the week. We repair all sorts of clocks including wall, mantle, cuckoo clocks, novelty, etc. We also replace watch batteries. I am a 2nd generation clocksmith. I learned the trade from my father and have been doing this for 45 years. I am certified by the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute. I am sorry but I do not return telephone calls. There is just not enough time in the day. I am a 1-person business. I cannot afford to add help at this time. When I repair a clock, I put it through a 2-week test to make sure everything works O.K. Sometimes it breaks down again due to something else. When a clock has been through the 2-week test and passed I call the customer and inform them that their clock is done. It does take some time to repair a clock; so, if you're in a rush I would not be the place to go. I do stand behind my work.
