Our lessons focus on teaching the students responsibility and determination by the way of our leadership classes. Our Gladiator classes help to improve self-confidence and to teaching them how to fend off bullying that may be encounter outside the home and school. We also encourage parents from time to time to join their child on the floor for a workout. This little exercise helps to seal the bond between parent and child.
