We have three licensed massage therapists on staff and utilize massage with our adjustments to help you "hold" the adjustment longer. I use axial decompression when needed and I am on most insurance plans. My treatment consists of "unwinding" tight muscles with massage, increasing vertebral motion with manipulation and then strengthening the body with simple, home based exercises. I treat my patients as the individuals they are and each patient is given their own unique treatment plan.
