With the passing of Leon Rinchuso in March 2008, Rinchusos Plumbing and Heating Inc. remained a family business. Three of Leons children, along with two grandchildren, continue to instill the values set by the patriarch almost 30 years ago. Currently, Rinchusos Plumbing and Heating Inc. employs 30 additional employees with a majority of them having 10+ years tenure with the company.
