It serves adults with chronic mental illnesses and substance abuse issues, as well as who have a history of psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. The program includes case management, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, skill building and educational solutions. In addition, the Assertive Community Treatment program is comprised of advocacy, psychiatric, nursing and medication services, as well as individual, group and family therapies.
