Holistic is the treatment of the whole pet, taking into account mental and social factors, as well as any physical symptom of an issue or disease. This means that all employees are educated to understand and teach customers the four areas of pet wellness (food, hygiene, exercise, and social / mental stimulus). Only products and services that satisfy 1 or more of these 4 areas will allowed to be sold. A Pet Wellness Store must provide all 4 areas of wellness as well as provide customers, not pets, with a learning center in order to claim that they are truly a Pet Wellness Store. Less
