This not only promotes steady cardiovascular health, but also makes being healthy a fun, effortless routine that the children can learn to love and carry on into adulthood. Our staff is composed of multi-talented individuals who have played semi-professional basketball; presently star in off-broadway plays; currently teach throughout the regular school year with Master's degrees in their field of study; and, are CPR Pro and First-Aid certified through the American Heart Association and American Safety and Health Institute, respectively.
