My adjustments are gentle yet effective. I practice a diversified technique of adjusting which means that I use my hands to make the adjustment and not a tool or machine. I believe the only way to truly know what's going on with the patient's body is by physically working on them with my hands, so therefore prior to each adjustment, I perform a minimum of 10-20 minutes of soft tissue massage. This not only allows me to see where the problems are, but it also allows you time to relax so that the adjustments can be more effective.
