   MoreThe Rising is a contemporary Christian Church in Olde Town Arvada (we are directly south of the Arvada Library). Our desire is to worship God, grow in Christ, and reach out to those who do not attend church. We call ourselves "a church for people who don't go to church." We're not a mega-church, and don't want to be one. On Sunday mornings you will find a friendly group of people who care about each other and do life together. The dress is casual, the atmosphere worshipful, and the stained glass beautiful in our 80 year old sanctuary. The music is contemporary, with a great band. The messages are clear, relevant, and practical. The Rising has ministries for children, youth, and adults. We encourage people to be involved in our Life Groups for Bible Study and Fellowship.
