What does tend to differ between us all is the amount of stress that we encounter and accept as apart of us. This is what "Hands off Healing" likes to refer to as, toxic energy. When we hold onto this toxic energy, it tends to adversely affect us; and this effect takes tolls on the body in ways that we are familiar, yet have learned to overlook. Such experiences include: depression, anxiety, anger and frustration, guilt, shame, fear, grief, etc. The effects of toxic energy, on a more severe level, can also cause us to perceive life in very limiting ways; such examples are as follows: pending feelings of nervousness, feeling "stuck" in certain situations, an inability to "think straight," and most often just an overall feeling of disconnect, one that we sometimes can only feel, but not describe.
