ARWOB does NOT have a shelter hence there are no business hours. In order to meet our rescues, a dog/cat adoption application must be submitted online at www.arwob.org. The adoption fees cover expenses of the rescue such as spay/neuter costs, additional vet bills, medicine, food, microchip costs, etc. as ARWOB is not government funded. Volunteers and foster parents are always needed. Those interested in fostering are encouraged to submit an application online to join our efforts of rescue. Ultimately, we seek stable, loving, forever homes for our rescues and adoptions are application approval dependent. Less
