   MoreI do outside and In-Home “functional training!” I was an RN in CCU for 15 years and have been a “Functional Trainer” for 17 years. I know the human body, especially mine, very well and want to help my clients to figure out what exactly works for their mind/body! Once they get that figured out and understand that everyone is different then they can position themselves properly on their “road to success” as they see it themselves! I only do “one to one” training! My main goal for all clients is to “help you help yourself!” Help you to get to know your specific mind/body! Of course we are all “always” changing so I want to help clients not only to get them to reach the goals they have set for themselves, but continue learning about their mind/body in order to maintain their goals as they continue to age!
