   MoreSince 1978, the SLS Yoga Center, also known as the Spiritual Life Society and Yoga Center, has been a safe and peaceful community where people from all walks of life can experience the deeper teachings that Yoga has to offer. Inside the historic Old Church on the Green, we practice and teach all aspects of the classical eight‐limbed Astanga Yoga (aka Raja Yoga) as codified by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. We offer instruction for students of all levels, including donation-based small group classes, special workshops, private, corporate, and offsite classes in all aspects of Yoga, meditation, philosophy, stress management, Yoga Nidra, and more. We are proud to be Ohio's oldest Yoga center with some of America's most experienced Yoga teachers. We offer ongoing Yoga Teacher training and certification at all levels, including RYT-200, advanced/specialty certifications, and continuing education for teachers. We hope to continue to inspire and empower Yoga teachers and students on their life-long journey of growth and transformation.
