Was established in 1927 by Charles and Ethyl Michael, started in a garage on Miles Street where the building still stands. Mr. Michael started by doing primarily Plumbing and coal boiler repair. Charles's daughter and son in law Fred A and Ruth Heinrich took over the business and started Furnace and air conditioning repair and installation. The business was about 80% plumbing and 20% heating at this time. Between 1968-69 Fred and Ruth's son Steve took over the business and moved it to Front Street and changed the course of business to 80% Heating and cooling and 20% plumbing. Our current location is 431 High Street. Where we repair and install furnaces, air conditioners, strip heat, boilers, Geo Thermal Units, Mini Splits and take care of residential and commercial. Less
