Lisa Taylor, an advanced instructor with over 5,000 training hours, conducts "Teacher Tune Up" meetings with the staff to talk about student feedback, to review best-in-class practices and to create the excitement that is translated to every-day classes. We are a Baptiste Affiliate Studio offering Vinyasa Yoga Classes every day of the week at various times.
