We formed Distinctive Mountain Lodging, a property management firm specializing in vacation rental homes. We also work with the North Carolina Tourism and Development Authority and VisitNC.com in promoting the natural beauty of the Hickory Nut Gorge. Working closely with local major attractions, such as Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure Tours, enables us to offer the best of mountain lake vacations. Our check-in office is located in the Coldwell Banker Quarters Real Estate Building near the Lake Lure Marina.
