Our learning fun begins with the sound of the week! Activities, art projects, value discussions, music and stories, manipulatives, science, games, snacks--everything we do--is planned around the sound of the week. What a fun way to introduce letter sounds and reading concepts. Writing, reading sight word sentences, sequencing, set recognition, and simple equations are all part of the fun as we work really hard playing reading skills games! Our daily routine includes rotation to six different rooms. Students explore six different learning adventures with their own classmates and their own teacher who loves them! Students attend Sunshine Square for two consecutive years. Our Preschool curriculum is different than our Pre-K curriculum. Each new year offers a new progressive curriculum.
