The pools are Olympic sized and classes are conducted under the guidance of professional coaches. Not just sports, but also nutrition, yoga, sports psychology and dance are taught to those interested. Community service is something the complex takes seriously as it gives an opportunity to senior citizens to act as foster parents to youth with special needs.
