Reached out several times for help with major home renovation. I can totally appreciate if project size is too small or busy until X time, but to entirely ignore potential customers is unprofessional. More
don't bother. they seem to only be interested in new builds. no responses, or even acknowledgement for addition/complete remodel that is over a $1MM job. poor service for potential customers. More

Dated designs, lack of attention to details, and uptight attitude. Wouldn't recommend them for any projects. More
