Holsum is the market-share leader in Arizona for commercial baked bread and bun products, and is one of only three independent bakeries in the United States that supplies buns to a certain major fast food chain. Fresh Holsum Bakery products are delivered daily by more than 200 independent distributors. Holsum associates bake bread products in three Valley of the Sun facilities. The Phoenix facility was originally constructed in 1947 and serves as the company headquarters, producing a wide variety of baked goods daily. Buns and rolls are primarily produced in Holsum's Tempe facility and other breads are baked in the state-of-the-art Tolleson, Arizona bakery.
