The shortest trail is 22 miles and the longest is 100 miles. Each route starts and ends in Millerton, the beginning of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. Enjoy the scenic beauty of northeastern Duchess County, even as you go through the grind. You can join the other cyclists in the festivities that follow the ride and go for a swim as well.
