   MoreGreen Valley, AZ is unique in that it is approximately 85% 55+ neighborhoods. We have 13 recreation centers scattered throughout the town available to all that are GVR members. GVR (Green Valley Recreation) is deeded on to the homes that required that you pay a 'new member capital fee' at close of escrow along with a transfer fee and pro-rated annual dues, then the next January 1st, you just pay your annual dues, which for 2024 is $515 per year. GVR allows all that partake to stay active, connected and engaged with neighbors and the community. It keeps us young! Also, there are too many clubs to mention - but just a few are: woodworking, glass making, jewelry making (lapidary), yoga, dancing, cards - the list goes on...Call and ask questions and I'll walk you through all the details.
