His dream was to master his favorite cuisine, Italian, and one day opening his own restaurant. When Benito was 18 years old, he moved to Portland, Oregon and started working at different Italian restaurants. He learned how to create amazing Italian meals that captured people's attention and made their mouths water. After working many years with Italian restaurants in the Portland area, Benito became a lead chef of his first restaurant, Bellino Pasta & Cafe in Hillsboro. There he developed a big fan based.
