   MoreI specialize in teaching Vinyasa/Power Yoga. This is a rigorous style of yoga in which your breath and body are connected by movement. While physically challenging this type of practice can be modified for anyone at any level. I teach several classes a week at various locations (see my website) and also offer Private and Group lessons. Private Lessons: One on one teaching session. Either held in the comfort of your home or another agreed upon location. Before your lesson I will give you a brief phone call to discuss any injuries or limitations you may have, what you are looking to gain from your practice, and any other concerns you may have. Please inquire for rates or see my website listed here on Yelp. Group Lessons: Private lessons for 2+ people. Are you and a friend or your significant other looking for a private yoga session? Do you and some friends want to try out yoga without going to a studio? Want to have a yoga party? Same thing as a private lesson but for multiple people. Still taught at the home of one of the participating students or another agreed upon location.
