I became tired of feeling that way and I help others lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger, and live their lives more fully. To do so, I use many different pieces of exercise equipment from barbells, kettlebells, sandbells, agility ladders, BOSU balls, to the TRX, and others. I provide One on One, and partner Training sessions. I also provide group classes, that meet on the beach or other locations as weather and space permits, to help people lose fat and get in shape. All fitness levels welcome.
