We offer basic yoga classes, perfect for beginners, as well as vinyasa classes for someone looking for more of a physical push. We also offer a number of restorative classes, which are extremely meditative and relaxing. We offer what we call "drop in" classes as well as unlimited memberships and class packages, to fit a variety of schedules and needs. All mats and equipment are provided unless you prefer to bring your own. For those looking to become yoga instructor themselves, we offer 200 hour teacher training, designed to deepen your personal practice as well as give you the skill set as an effective communicator and teacher.
